With 50+ treatments on the website, there was a concern that users were facing challenges with navigating between, and ultimately landing on, the correct treatment landing page. There was an element of self-diagnosis that the client wanted to steer away from.
The proposed solution was a new landing page that acted as a step-by-step online consultation - creating a streamline, personalised user journey. By answering a set of pre-defined questions, we would be able to run a script on the site that filtered through all treatments, before finally delivering a bespoke treatment package to the user, based to their answers.
